How much does Petbooks cost?

Pricing is still being finalised and will be announced at launch. There will be a plan for a solo practitioner, a practice with a small team, or a centre, yard or multi-site operation. Join the waitlist and you will be first to know.

What is Paws?

Paws is the built-in AI receptionist. It answers enquiries, knows each animal's history and your real availability, prices the job by species and books it in — in your own voice, at any hour. Included from the Practice plan.

Is Petbooks only for dog groomers?

Accepted Answer

No. It is deliberately species-agnostic: grooming, walking, boarding, catteries and training, and equally the equine and large-animal trades — yards, riding schools, farriers, equine dentists, physios and mobile vets.

Does it work if I travel to the animal?

Yes. Travelling work is first-class, not an afterthought. Petbooks orders your round, accounts for travel time and mileage between call-outs, and stops you being booked into two places at once.

Can it price different species and jobs differently?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Prices and appointment lengths are set per species, breed size and job, so a pony trim and a cat groom are quoted and scheduled properly rather than from one flat list.
